Toys are the company of kids.  We cannot do without toys for kids.  Every birthday means lots of toys for the child especially if you celebrate your child’s birthday with lots of invitations.  Your family, relatives, friends, officemates and other people you have invited will surely shower your child with gifts of all kinds.  So what happens is that your child may want some of the gifts but there will always be some gifts that he will not like which will be kept in the store room.    I have experienced buying toys for my son and for other kids as well.  Looking back, I could see the assortment of toys that I often sorted out.  If you make your mind work and make a computation of how much the toys you have bought until your child reaches the age where you stop buying toys, the amount could be surprising but of course toys are always part of a child’s life so parents buy them. 

Buying educational toys is quite daunting and needs careful consideration.  If you want your gift to be special to the kid; you have to do something in order to buy the best gift for the child.  The best toys to give to a preschooler are educational toys that they can play with at the same time learn things.  There are countless educational toys around in the market.  But before buying those toys for the kid, there are some guides to consider.

Age appropriateness

What purpose do you want achieved when you buy the educational toys?  There are educational toys for Math, English, Science, arts, crafts and other subjects.  If you want the child to develop his skills in math then buy educational toys that can boost his math skills.  If you want the child to develop his reading skills then buy some books that will help the child read better.  Whatever purpose you have in mind, you have to choose properly what educational toy to buy.

A simple educational toy is the best for a preschooler.  This will help the child to easily understand how the toy is used.  Since preschoolers are still too young for complicated educational toys, it is important to choose properly the educational toy to buy for preschoolers.  Children feel excited to play with their educational toy.  If they cannot handle the toy; they will get disappointed.  This is the reason why if you are buying educational toys for preschoolers; you must choose properly what toys to buy. The simpler the educational toys; the better the children will understand how to play with the toy.

This packing experience has allowed me to rediscover the magic of toy rotation. I think a lot of toys much over stimulate kids or something because packing most of them up has actually improved the kids attitudes and made them use their imagination much more.
